DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Lauren Gregory is the Director of Operations at Athletic Heart, bringing over 15 years of experience in cardiology as an exercise physiologist and project manager. With a BS in Kinesiology and a lifelong passion for sports and health, Lauren combines clinical expertise with operational leadership to drive programs that enhance cardiovascular wellness and athletic performance.

A former collegiate athlete, Lauren’s leadership skills were honed early through guiding her teams both on and off the field. Today, she channels that same drive and teamwork into managing complex projects, optimizing processes, and fostering collaborative environments that empower both staff and clients.
